home-business-opportunities

There are plenty of home business opportunities for the individual with a high level of desire to be an entrepreneur. You have to do your due diligence once you have taken a look at the different programs that you are curious about. While looking at the different programs, you need to decide what is important to you. In some cases, a program may be a low start-up, in some cases it may be a high start-up. Obviously, there are other factors you should look at besides the start up, such as the products that will be offered, is there a chance for residual income or passive income.

As you know a lot can be discussed in the area of home business opportunities. Personally, I believe in multiple streams of income. Ask yourself the following question, what if the program you are committed to takes a turn in a negative direction? You don’t want to put yourself in a situation where if a program starts to go done the wrong path that you become affected to a point where no income is coming in. I recommend having a armamentarium of home business opportunities to offer. You may want to have a low, medium and high start-up business in your armamentarium.

In my case I am offering opportunities to those individuals with high desire, but aren’t willing to invest much money upfront. I also have a program I offer to those who are willing to invest a few hundred dollars and lastly a program that offers an investment closer to a $1000 dollars with the potential to earn in excess of $10K in a few weeks based on your activity. In closing, each of the programs that are in my armamentarium have no recurring monthly fees.

For a one-time investment of $100 go to www.beliefisachoice.com. For a one-time investment of $299 go to www.highlevelofdesire.com and the most simple of the programs I offer. For a one-time investment of $900 and a program that my team has grown in excess of 530 members plus in two months go to www.flourishnprosper.com. An armamentarium of home business opportunities has been presented to you.

It is Really Possible to Create a Team of 200+ Members in a Month?

Posted by Ellery Bennett | Travel Business | Friday 27 November 2009 10:14 am

ownyourlife
When I made the choice to start a new business at the end of November, several thoughts were in my head. I had been loyal to my previous business for 21/2 years, which the business was lucrative for me for a time frame of 11/2 years. The last 9 months were tough, considering I had walked away from a six-figure income, which allowed for a certain lifestyle for my family and I. I asked myself what have I learned? What can I do better to assure myself that I won’t experience the roller coaster ride that many are experiencing, in most cases people haven’t made any money.

After careful consideration, I made the choice to start my travel business. A few key areas that assisted me with my choice, I realized that I spent a lot of money on marketing, I don’t want to do that again unless it’s a great option in a thriving business. I would like to have a business that people can benefit from, that’s affordable for people who want more than a job offers without breaking the bank. A business with reasonable monthly expenses and is viewed as a positive opportunity.

In my opinion, there is not a perfect business on the market, people will find the good and the bad no matter what. More than likely someone will succeed and many others will fail, it’s up to you. I would have never thought that I would attract some heavy hitters into my organization and assist me to create a team of over 200 members in less than 4 weeks. The most enjoyable experience is that members of my team have created income in a short period of time or are in the position to generate income in days to come. When I state income, we are experiencing $500 payouts that we have the option of re-investing in your business to create a $10K payout. Thusfar 100% of people have re-invested and numerous people have positioned themselves for the $10K payout, in some cases multiple times.

I spoke to a very successful member of my team when she was looking at this opportunity. I answered a few of her questions, one statement I recalled conveying to her was “it’s nice to have fun again”. When people have a high level of desire and are looking for the right opportunity, it’s nice to be in the position of believing your opportunity can provide what they want. We have a strategy in place that coachable and trainable people will benefit and find themselves in a money making position in a short period of time. In some cases within hours or a few days.

The area that most people are surprised about is marketing for the business. I picked up the phone and spoke to a few marketers, some had a vision similar to mine and made the choice to join the team. We are just that “a team”, we assist all who put forth the effort, rather it’s provide them with qualifying sales, each member is responsible for attracting two people. We assist others with the two members they sponsored to follow them closely through the system. It’s important to stay linked to your sponsor and follow him/her as they progress.

TVI Express is the name of the company, it’s been in business since January 2009 based out of the UK. The initial investment is $300 (US), which is for your membership in the travel club and note that is a one-time investment, no monthly fees. You will receive a 6 Night/7 Day stay at a 3-5 Star Hotel or Resort anywhere in the world along with travel discounts for your airfare, car rental, vacation packages and hotel stay. For more information about this rewarding opportunity, go to www.FlourishNProsper.com.

Changing Habits to Improve your Personal Life

Posted by Ellery Bennett | Personal Life | Friday 30 October 2009 11:07 pm

habits

Habits, oh those nasty habits. Habits are developed from training, influences, observation, and practice. We develop many habits throughout our life, which some are good and others are bad. Good habits we can keep, but if one wants to improve their life the bad habits has to take a hike. Getting rid of bad habits however is not easy, especially if an addiction is involved. For this reason, we can take a few steps to learning how you can change your habits.

Making excuses:
People wander through life making excuses. Anytime a person sees something complicated, they will often make excuses why they cannot deal with the problem. This is just the way I am. This is a common problem in the world, which we’ve all heard billions of times. If you are out to improve your life however, you need to say, this is something that hinders me from achievement and I have the power to change it.

The first key to success is stop making excuses. Learn how to tell the truth. The truth is the only answer that leads you to improve your personal life. Once you learn to tell the truth, you will need to commit self to learning new behaviors and habits.

You can commit by choosing a new habit. Today I plan to drink more water. Some of us detest water, yet water is our way of living healthier. Instead of detesting something that will save your life, start saying, today I will drink more water. Even if you start out drinking a glass for the first couple of days, you are making changes.

Today I am going to stop judging others and myself. This is a common mistake people make in the world. They spend time judging others and themselves. This gets them nowhere but in a world of chaos. You make your bed, you must learn to sleep in it, which is why you should change your ways. Judging is only for our Master in the sky.

Do you think negative? I can’t change this. My life is full of nonsense, I can’t swing it anymore. Why me? Who put a tag on my head, saying persecute me. If you spend your life thinking negative and saying negative connotations, try changing your ways today. For instance, say, I can change something and I am going to. Instead of saying life is full of nonsense, accept it as truth yet move ahead to make your life better. Why me is a common question, which no one knows why, yet we have to accept it, make better decisions and move ahead. If you feel persecuted, ask you what you are doing that makes you feel this way. Do you have friends or family members weighing you down? If so, then kick their butt down the road and make new friends. No one in life is worth you suffering ongoing. You have the power to make changes, yet you do not have the power to change other people.

When you start to make changes to improve your life, start small. Instead of jumping the gun, take baby steps to success. Too many times people try to change overnight. This only leads to frustration.

When you are working to change your life and habits make sure you seek support and feedback. You do not have to walk the road to success alone. Feedback is found at your library, the Internet, at colleges, and so on. You will find support along these channels as well. Ask someone you trust to support you and give you feedback when needed also.

Building Courage to Improve your Personal Life

Posted by Ellery Bennett | Personal Life | Wednesday 28 October 2009 10:22 pm

courage

When you build courage, you start to improve your personal life. Building courage will help you take risks to a brighter future that you ordinarily would not take. When you build courage, you put fear behind you. Courage is the process of admitting that you have fears, yet you are willing to find a way to defeat those fears and not allow these fears to take control of you. It is ok to experience your fears at appropriate times. For instance, if a bus is heading in your path, swerving you have a right to fear. There is nothing wrong with healthy fear. The problem is you have to put healthy fear in its place and unhealthy fear out of your life.

I worked in Corporate America for twenty two years, fifteen of those years were in the pharmaceutical industry. I was in sales management earning a six figure income, while I worked 60-70 hours a week and dealt with being miserable on a daily basis. After watching a movie that was provided by an employee, I decided that it was time to pursue a life that would bring happiness. I became a entrepreneur, I continued to work that job for another year as I built my business. In the twelfth month in business I built my courage to a point that I felt comfortable enough to fire my boss and leave Corporate America.

Once you build courage, you will learn to self-direct you in life. You will learn to accept punishment and rewards gracefully. A courageous person will often feel motivated to accept blame and responsibility while reviewing their actions and using what they learn to move forward. Courageous people will step to the front, rather than stepping back when opportunities come their way. On the other hand, a courageous person will step back and take a view at his or her mistakes gracefully.

Sometimes the courageous person is spontaneous. It is never good to plan each day, because no one knows what the next day will bring in. Think about it. How many times have you planned something all to see it shatter in your face the next day. For instance, I plan to go to the ballgame tomorrow. Come tomorrow a blizzard, hurricane, tornado, wind storm, or rainstorm could change your mind. You planned, but did you plan for the weather. Did you make a backup plan in case your first plan failed. As you can see, planning is not always in your favor, which is why courageous people are sometimes spontaneous.

A person willing to improve their life will relax. This person will relax even when plans fail. For instance, if it stormed the next day the person will find something else to occupy his or her time and feel just as happy about joining this adventure.

To become successful and improve your life you will need to learn how to trust you. When you trust you, you can trust others as well. Unfortunately, we live in a world where trust is hard to find, yet when you trust you, you can’t blame others when things go wrong.

Improving your life includes using your creative and critical mind. When you can create new ideas, you are off to the road to success. You have many options in this world, it takes you to pull up resources to find those options.

Sometimes in life, we feel uncomfortable. In fact, this is common. Are you willing to accept your discomforts? Perhaps at an interview you feel misplaced. Are you willing to accept this discomfort and find a way to deliver a good speech to impress the interviewer. Alternatively, are you willing to allow negative energies cost you the job.

Do you accept?
Do you accept the things you cannot change? Do you accept the things you have control over? Do you accept other people regardless of how these people act? Do you accept you for who you are? Do you accept the changes that life brings your way?

Acceptance is your key to happiness. When you can learn to accept the good with the bad, you can learn how to live happier and improve your personal life. If you cannot accept however, well, reread this article again.

Ready for the 10 Steps to Success in Direct Sales?

Posted by Ellery Bennett | Leadership | Tuesday 20 October 2009 7:02 pm

MoneyKey

Do you feel as if you have the answer to be successful?

As you know, there are options to working in Corporate America, if you are open to the possibilities, you will have some takeaways from this post on Direct Sales.

Every year thousands of men and women across America sign on with
direct selling firm-Tupperware, Amway, or a cosmetic
company-hoping to make money enough for new draperies, a new
davenport, or some new clothes. They sell a little merchandise to
a few relatives and close friends. Then they are through. They
quit before they give themselves a chance to learn the basics of
success in sales. “I am simply not a born salesperson,” they
often say.

No one is born a salesperson, any more than one is born a doctor
or born a lawyer. Sales is a profession. To be successful in any
profession one must learn not only the basic techniques, but also
how to apply those techniques. Success in sales makes use of all
the abilities one is born with, plus all those acquired through
education and experience.

If you are looking for a career opportunity or “extra income” to
help with the family budget, direct selling offers you
dream-fulfilling possibilities. However, you must give yourself
time to learn the techniques of sales. Ask yourself. “How long
does a doctor to be study? A lawyer to be study?”

WHAT IS DIRECT SELLING?

Direct selling is marketing a product directly to the consumer
with no middleman involved. Most reliable firms are members of
the National Association of Direct Selling
Companies. They bring to the public fine products that are
modestly priced in order to insure mass consumption.

Most direct selling companies furnish their representatives with
a starter kit and essential supplies below-cost prices. In many
instances the investment is under $100.

There is an old adage which says “Give a man a fish and you feed
him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a
lifetime.”

Many of them were able to change their lives for the better. They
took their families on nice vacations. They purchased a piano or
an organ and provided music lessons for their children. They
saved money for college education. They redecorated their homes,
bought needed furniture. One highly successful saleslady built a
new home.

The rewards of direct selling are many

1. You can be your own boss.
2. You can set your own hours.
3. You can own your own businesses with little or no investment.
4. You can pay yourself more than any boss would ever pay you.
5. You can give yourself regular raises as your business grows.

It is only fair to tell you that there are failures, too. There
are people who will not work for themselves. When working for a
boss, they rise early, are well-groomed, and get to the office on
time. However, when they are their own boss, they are still in a
bathrobe, drinking one more cup of coffee at 11:00 A.M.

If you can be your own boss and discipline yourself to do what
has to be done when it has to be done, direct selling offers a
most unusual earning opportunity.

THE TEN STEPS

Here are ten steps that will assure your success:

1. BE A GOAL SETTER. What do you want to accomplish? Do you want
to save for college education for your children? A new car? A
new home? You can have whatever you want, but you must want it
enough to do the things that have to be done to get it. Whatever
your goal, write it down and set a target date for reaching it.
Divide the time period into blocks of achievement that are
reachable. Work consistently toward accomplishing each day, each
week, each month what you set out to do. Goal-setting is a must
in every area of life. Little is ever accomplished without
definite goals.

2. BE A LIST MAKER. Each evening list all the things you want to
get done the following day. That gives you an organized approach
to each day. As each task is finished, mark it off your list. It
is amazing how much gets done when one works with a
“things-to-do” list. Also, have a notebook listing appointments,
potential clients, repeat clients, and referrals, and keep it
with you at all times. You will be adding to it constantly.

3. BE ENTHUSIASTIC. Enthusiasm is the high-octane “fuel” that
salespeople run on. Enthusiasm generates its own energy. Energy
and good health are synonymous with busy, happy people, people
who are achieving.

4. RECOGNIZE THAT THE MAGIC WORD IN SALES IS “ASK.” In direct
sales we don’t have to wait for business to come to us. We create
our own business by asking for it. Ask for appointments, then you
can do business. Ask for business, then you will close sales. Ask
for referrals, then you always have a full list of potential
clients. Be quietly, yet firmly aggressive.

5. EXPECT NO’S. Realize that no’s are not personal. In sales, as
perhaps nowhere else, the law of averages works. Every no gets
you closer to a yes. Keep track of your ratio. It will help
improve your techniques. Are you getting ten no’s to one yes? Is
your ratio five to one? Remember, the yes’s are your income. Also
remember that “no” does not necessarily mean “no.” Often a “no”
is simply a stall for more time to think. It may be a request for
more information about your product or your service. What your
client is actually buying is assurance. Assure here by your
helpful attitude and your complete honesty, that you want what is
best for her. She will most likely respect you and do business
with you.

6. SCHEDULE TIME WISELY. A schedule is the roadmap by which
salespeople travel. It takes the frustration out of the day. It
assures that the necessary things get done and get done on time.
Plan your work then work your plan.

7. BE POSITIVE IN YOUR ATTITUDE. Success in sales, as in all
areas of life is 90 percent attitude and 10 percent aptitude. All
of us must work at developing habits of constructive thinking. I
am proud to be a salesperson. Sales make the wheels of our
economy turn. Bernard Baruch, advisor to several presidents, is
quoted as saying, “If every salesperson sat down and took no
orders for twenty-four hours, it would bankrupt our country!”
Every company that manufactures any kind of product depends upon
salespeople to move that product. Without salespeople business
would be paralyzed.

Remember, sales is one of the highest paid of all professions.
Statistics show that good salespeople enjoy incomes far above the
average.

8. HAVE AN OFFICE AREA. Most direct salespeople work from their
own homes, but it is essential to have a place where you can work
in a organized and efficient manner. An office plus a strict
working schedule gives you dignity. Both are absolutely essential
for efficient operation and accurate record keeping, so important
to the success of any business.

9. BE INVOLVED. Most sales organization offer contests to
stimulate production. Include winning contests as part of your
business goals. Contests make your business fun as well as adding
considerable dollar value to your income.

10. LEARN TO HANDLE MONEY INTELLIGENTLY. A regular nine-to-five
job usually means a paycheck at the end of the second week.
Direct sales “reps” handle money constantly. Direct sales is
instant income and constant income. Therefore. it is absolutely
necessary to become an efficient money manager.

Deposit every penny collected from
clients into a checking account set up especially for its
business. Since bank statements show an exact record of all
monies collected, and business expenses can be verified by
canceled checks, record keeping becomes simple and accurate.
Everything except a few “petty cash” transactions can be directly
taken from bank statements.

Money saved regularly and put at interest, soon develops a second
income in addition to earned income. A long-term goal, which is
realistic in direct sales, is to be able to live in retirement
off the interest earned on savings.

Would financial security mean a lot to you? If so, ask yourself
these questions:

* Am I honest?
* Do I really like people?
* Am I willing to learn?
* Am I willing to work?
* Am I capable of being my own boss?

If your answers are yes, to find a good product
for the direct sales market, one that you like, one that fills
the need of a lot of people, and go to work for yourself! .You
can turn dreams into reality.

Why Coaching is the Way to Go in Team Management

Posted by Ellery Bennett | Leadership | Sunday 18 October 2009 12:39 am

personal_and_professional_coaching_1_
When you hear the word coach, what comes first into your mind? Do you picture a basketball team with a man/woman shouting out directions? Or perhaps a football team with a man/woman pacing to and from and calling out the names of the players?

Coaching is no longer reserved to sports teams; it is now one of the key concepts in leadership and management. Why is coaching popular?

Coaching levels the playing field.

Coaching is one of the six emotional leadership styles proposed by Daniel Goleman. Moreover, it is a behavior or role that leaders enforce in the context of situational leadership. As a leadership style, coaching is used when the members of a group or team are competent and motivated, but do not have an idea of the long-term goals of an organization. This involves two levels of coaching: team and individual. Team coaching makes members work together. In a group of individuals, not everyone may have nor share the same level of competence and commitment to a goal. A group may be a mix of highly competent and moderately competent members with varying levels of commitment. These differences can cause friction among the members. The coaching leader helps the members level their expectations. Also, the coaching leader manages differing perspectives so that the common goal succeeds over personal goals and interests. In a big organization, leaders need to align the staffsí personal values and goals with that of the organization so that long-term directions can be pursued.

Coaching builds up confidence and competence.

Individual coaching is an example of situational leadership at work. It aims to mentor one-on-one building up the confidence of members by affirming good performance during regular feedbacks; and increase competence by helping the member assess his/her strengths and weaknesses towards career planning and professional development. Depending on the individuals level of competence and commitment, a leader may exercise more coaching behavior for the less-experienced members. Usually, this happens in the case of new staffs. The direct supervisor gives more defined tasks and holds regular feedback for the new staff, and gradually lessens the amount of coaching, directing, and supporting roles to favor delegating as competence and confidence increase.

Coaching promotes individual and team excellence.

Excellence is a product of habitual good practice. The regularity of meetings and constructive feedback is important in establishing habits. Members catch the habit of constantly assessing themselves for their strengths and areas for improvement that they themselves perceive what knowledge, skills, and attitudes they need to acquire to attain team goals. In the process, they attain individually excellence as well. An example is in the case of a musical orchestra: each member plays a different instrument. In order to achieve harmony of music from the different instrument, members will polish their part in the piece, aside from practicing as an ensemble. Consequently, they improve individually as an instrument player.

Coaching develops high commitment to common goals.

A coaching leader balances the attainment of immediate targets with long-term goals towards the vision of an organization. As mentioned earlier, with the alignment of personal goals with organizational or team goals, personal interests are kept in check. By constantly communicating the vision through formal and informal conversations, the members are inspired and motivated. Setting short-term team goals aligned with organizational goals; and making an action plan to attain these goals can help sustain the increased motivation and commitment to common goals of the members.

Coaching produces valuable leaders.

Leadership by example is important in coaching. A coaching leader loses credibility when he/she cannot practice what he/she preaches. This means that a coaching leader should be well organized, highly competent is his/her field, communicates openly and encourages feedback, and has a clear idea of the organizationís vision-mission-goals. By vicarious and purposive learning, members catch the same good practices and attitudes from the coaching leader, turning them into coaching leaders themselves. If a member experiences good coaching, he/she is most likely to do the same things when entrusted with formal leadership roles.

Some words of caution though: coaching is just one of the styles of leadership. It can be done in combination with the other five emotional leadership styles depending on the profile of the emerging team. Moreover, coaching as a leadership style requires that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally fit most of the time since it involves two levels of coaching: individual and team. Your members expect you to be the last one to give up or bail out in any situation especially during times of crises. A coaching leader must be conscious that coaching entails investing time on each individual, and on the whole team. Moreover, that the responsibilities are greater since while you are coaching members, you are also developing future coaches as well.

Do you have what it takes to lead people? Once you have people follow you can you coach them to achieve their goals? If you answered yes to both questions, I would like to speak to you, I am seeking individuals that believe in themselves and can be successful in leading and coaching people. Provide your contact information in contact box on the leftside of this blog.

Acquire Power Through Self Development

Posted by Ellery Bennett | Self Development | Friday 16 October 2009 8:27 am

self-development

How do we acquire power through self development?

It is the natural right of every human being to be happy to escape all the miseries of life. Happiness is the normal condition, as natural as the landscapes and the seasons. It is unnatural to suffer and it is only because of our ignorance that we do suffer. Happiness is the product of wisdom. To attain perfect wisdom, to comprehend fully the purpose of life, to realize completely the relationship of human beings to each other, is to put an end to all suffering, to escape every ill and evil that afflicts us. Perfect wisdom is unshadowed joy.

Why do we suffer in life? Because in the scheme of nature we are being forced forward in evolution and we lack the spiritual illumination that alone can light the way and enable us to move safely among the obstacles that lie before us. Usually we do not even see or suspect the presence of trouble until it suddenly leaps upon us like a concealed tiger. One day our family circle is complete and happy. A week later death has come and gone and joy is replaced with agony. Today we have a friend. Tomorrow he will be an enemy and we do not know why. A little while ago we had wealth and all material luxuries. There was a sudden change and now we have only poverty and misery and yet we seek in vain for a reason why this should be. There was a time when we had health and strength; but they have both departed and no trace of a reason appears. Aside from these greater tragedies of life innumerable things of lesser consequence continually bring to us little miseries and minor heartaches. We most earnestly desire to avoid them but we never see them until they strike us, until in the darkness of our ignorance we blunder upon them. The thing we lack is the spiritual illumination that will enable us to look far and wide, finding the hidden causes of human suffering and revealing the method by which they may be avoided; and if we can but reach illumination the evolutionary journey can be made both comfortably and swiftly. It is as though we must pass through a long, dark room filled with furniture promiscuously scattered about. In the darkness our progress would be slow and painful and our bruises many. But if we could press a button that would turn on the electric light we could then make the same journey quickly and with perfect safety and comfort.

The old method of education was to store the mind with as many facts, or supposed facts, as could be accumulated and to give a certain exterior polish to the personality. The theory was that when a man was born he was a complete human being and that all that could be done for him was to load him up with information that would be used with more or less skill, according to the native ability he happened to be born with. The theosophical idea is that the physical man, and all that constitutes his life in the physical world, is but a very partial expression of the self; that in the ego of each there is practically unlimited power and wisdom; that these may be brought through into expression in the physical world as the physical body and its invisible counterparts, which together constitute the complex vehicle of the ego’s manifestation, are evolved and adapted to the purpose; and that in exact proportion that conscious effort is given to such will spiritual illumination be achieved and wisdom attained. Thus the light that leads to happiness is kindled from within and the evolutionary journey that all are making may be robbed of its suffering.

Why does death bring misery? Chiefly because it separates us from those we love. The only other reason why death brings grief or fear is because we do not understand it and comprehend the part it plays in human evolution. But the moment our ignorance gives way to comprehension such fear vanishes and a serene happiness takes its place.

Why do we have enemies from whose words or acts we suffer? Because in our limited physical consciousness we do not perceive the unity of all life and realize that our wrong thinking and doing must react upon us through other people a situation from which there is no possible escape except through ceasing to think evil and then patiently awaiting the time when the causes we have already generated are fully exhausted. When spiritual illumination comes, and we no longer stumble in the night of ignorance, the last enemy will disappear and we shall make no more forever.

Why do people suffer from poverty and disease? Only because of our blundering ignorance that makes their existence possible for us, and because we do not comprehend their meaning and their lessons, nor know the attitude to assume toward them. Had we but the wisdom to understand why they come to people, why they are necessary factors in their evolution, they would trouble us no longer. When nature’s lesson is fully learned these mute teachers will vanish.

And so it is with all forms of suffering we experience. They are at once reactions from our ignorant blunderings and instructors that point out the better way. When we have comprehended the lessons they teach they are no longer necessary and disappear. It is not by the outward acquirement of facts that men become wise and great. It is by developing the soul from within until it illuminates the brain with that flood of light called genius.

Blog Marketing and Home Businesses

Posted by Ellery Bennett | Home Business Tips | Thursday 15 October 2009 12:50 am

blog_marketing_strategies
Blog marketing is something that all blog owners do. They market their blog so that they can get readers, and make a profit from their blogs. Marketing their blog means to get it out there so that others that are interested in it can find it and read it. It is also a great way to sell things by using affiliate links and programs. Blog marketing can very well become a home business if that is something that you are interested in.

Having a home business by blog marketing would definitely entail that you have more than one blog. If this is something that you are considering, you will want to make a list of markets that your blogs can cover. You will find that your blogs will do best when you only have one market per blog. For example, if you have a blog about cats, you will not want to include anything on the blog about kitchen appliances. This is because the readers that read your blog and visit your blog to learn more about cats and what you have to say about them will not be interested in learning anything about kitchen appliances. Once you have overcome the relevancy issue, you will be ok. You can however, have a blog about pets, and then blog about all of the many pets that you want to include.

In order to make a living by blog marketing, you need to know every aspect of it. You need to know what needs to be done to get readers to your blog, how to write about the things that you are promoting and how to get it up in search engine rankings. Doing so will lead to successful blog marketing and making a home business income with it.

One big aspect of blog marketing is SEO. SEO is search engine optimization and it consists of optimizing your blog so that the search engines will find it and rank it as high as possible. Which also leads to more traffic and leads from your blog. If you do not have time to learn SEO, and apply it to all of your blogs, hiring someone to do this for you might be something that you want to consider. Especially if time is an issue.

Outsourcing much of your work is something that you will need to get used to if you plan on making a substantial amount of money with your blogs. You may want to hire bloggers or writers that can write the content for your blogs, and someone else that can leave comments on other blogs with a link back to yours. Spread out all of the duties on a spread sheet and decide how often each thing needs to be done for each blog. Doing so will help you to be more organized and know what you need to do when, as well as prioritize. Using a spread sheet will also help you to keep track of who is doing what, and keep you from asking more than one person to get one job done.

Blog marketing for a home business is not much different from any other home business. You are going to get out of it what you put into it. If you only put in a couple of hours a week into your blogs, you can not expect to make a full time income with them. However, being consistent and working on your blogs every chance that you get will pay off in the long run. You will also discover that there is no better feeling in the world than owning your own home business, and working for yourself.

Just remember to start small, and work hard. That is all you need to become successful at blog marketing and make the income that you are dreaming of. All of your hard work will pay off if you are persistent and keep it up.

Tiger Woods Clinches President’s Cup

Tiger Woods avenges his lost to Y.E. Yang in the PGA Championship to help the U.S. team clinch the 2009 President’s Cup. Tiger was asked after the match did he know that his putt was the clincher. He did not know that his putt was the clincher, he was so focused on winning his match. Tiger Woods beat Y.E. Yang 6 and 5, which means that they had 5 holes to go and Tiger was up 6 holes, so Yang had no chance to catch Tiger. Y.E. Yang did not sound as if he wanted any part of Tiger Woods as he was asked about the match prior to playing the round of golf. Yang said that he will show up, but is not particularly interested in playing against Tiger Woods.

Tiger Woods and Steve Stricker beat Y.E. Yang and Ryo Ishikawa on Saturday 4 and 2. In the final two days of the President’s Cup, Tiger handled Yang with no problem. Tiger Woods is only the fifth golfer to go 5-0 during the President’s Cup, he continues to confirm he is the best golfer in the world. Phil Mickelson has had a good comeback with the Tour Championship and he had a undefeated record in the President’s Cup of 4-0-1, which secures his number two ranking. Tiger Woods won 6 times in 2009 and won the FedEx Cup Championship, which brought him a cool $10 million dollar paycheck.

It appears that Tiger Woods has topped $1 billion in career earnings, not just from prize money but also all that loot Nike, Gatorade, Tag Huer and other advertisers pay the golf star, plus income from his golf design business and lofty appearance fees. Tiger Woods is third with 71 All-Time Career PGA Tour Wins. 2009 has been one of the most consistent years on the PGA Tour for Tiger Woods. He won six times, finished second three times, placed in the top 10 in 14 of 17 starts, contended in three of four majors and had his third-lowest scoring average at 68.05. After knee surgery in 2008 no one could have don’t think foreseen such a successful season.

U.S. Team WINS 19 1/2 TO 14 1/2 in the 2009 President’s Cup with a absolute class move by Vijay Singh, who just gave Lucas Glover his 7-footer for birdie on the 18th hole to end their match all square. Glover, who hadn’t earned a point all week, avoided being shut out because of that, though as Singh joked with NBC afterward, “He would have made it anyway.” Vijay Singh went undefeated for the weekend 2-0-3.

For the U.S., it was a dominating performance from its top three players, Tiger Woods, Mickelson and Steve Stricker. In 15 matches between then, they went 13-1-1 in arguably the greatest performance put on by a U.S. team in international team competition. Obviously, the U.S. team believed that they were the better team and performed as the best.

Phil Mickelson In President’s Cup

Phil Mickelson has brought his confidence from winning the Tour Championship to the 2009 President’s Cup. Entering the final day of the Cup at Harding Park as the U.S. team’s wing man – 3-0-1 with three different partners, and perfectly ready to take on any of the Internationals for an 18-hole mentoring if the rules would allow. You can see the confidence in Phil’s eyes, he is having as much fun as anyone. His belief in his game is as high as ever. Phil is hitting fairways off the tee, he hits his ball long way, his irons are on target and he’s putting as well as ever.

At the President’s Cup this week, Mickelson has been paired with different players while number one player in the world Tiger Woods has looked good with Steve Stricker. What do you make of the American selections? Tiger Woods will take on Y.E. Yang in the ninth match of the day on Sunday. Yang came back to beat Tiger in the last major tournament of the year, the PGA Championship, Tiger would like to avenge that lost today. Phil will take on Retief Goosen in the 11th match of the Singles. Phil is expected to win his match, Goosen has not been the player we have become accustomed to over the years.

Golf is such a mental game, in viewing the President’s Cup this week, players have had their ups and downs and you can see it on their faces. Some of these players have lost some confidence in their games, while others have experienced their confidence soaring due to their play this week. Visualization is a big part of golf, which is a good reason why I like to include it in personal development discussions. Anyone that has played golf or watches it on television will see players stand behind their ball, they are visualizing the golf shot that they would like to achieve.

The United States team needs 5 points to win the cup, while the International team has to win eight of the twelve matches on Sunday. The U.S. team has to maintain their composure and play the way that they are capable of playing. The U.S. team was favored to win the President’s Cup and is good shape to close it out with a 12 1/2 – 9 1/2 lead over the International team. Phil Mickelson is second to last going off the tee, while Tiger Woods is ninth of the twelve matches. We should have a good idea in regards to the outcome of the President’s Cup by time the top two players in the world come to the close of their rounds of golf.
